December 1999

In December of 1999, Ven. Lama Tenzin Kalsang travelled to South Africa to attend the World Parliament of Religions.  Gen-la was deeply moved by her experience of being with her African brothers and sisters and said it was like going home.  She hopes to return.  His Holiness The Dalai lama was the keynote speaker.
